What’s next? What’s next?
  • You will receive an email with ticket reference number
  • You will receive an email with the E-Lease agreement and Ejari number (2 working days)
  • Note: Contract date will start on the second day of the contract expiry
  • In case of missing or incorrect documentation the verification team will contact you to submit correct ones.

  • First rent instalment: As applicable includes EJARI 225 AED
  • Late renewal: If the stay is more than 30 days without renewal or termination
  • Grace Period exceeded: Late renewal penalty of 10% of the total annual rent fee
