  • Login into the app and go to “E-services” option
  • Select “Service request” option
  • Create a new request by selecting the unit in “Request on” field and choose “Lease” as the request type
  • Select the category as “Cheque Postpone” and leave a message along with documents if needed
  • To withdraw cheque, go to cheque payment and select “Cheque withdrawal” option available.
  • Payment breakdown that will be applicable will be displayed, proceed with the payment, and complete the process.

  • For cheque postpone requests a ticket is raised along with an automated email will be sent to your email.
