wasl Asset Management Group Scoops Dubai Quality Award

Real estate organisation wins big in ‘Service’ category

Dubai, UAE, April 21, 2015:His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, awarded wasl Asset Management Group with the Dubai Quality Award for obtaining excellence in the ‘Service’ category in recognition of employing the highest standards in the provision of services to their clients.

In an official ceremony attended by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation and President of the International Olympic Committee and senior government officials, His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoumpresented the award to HE Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim, CEO of wasl Asset Management Group.

On receiving the prestigious accolade, Al Qassim expressed pride in his organisation and his colleagues, who he said had strived so hard to position the company as a leader in high quality real estate services in the region.

“This important award serves as an appreciation for the continuous efforts by the wasl team to ensure that we provide the best service for our clients. It recognises the success of our strategy that stems from our firm belief of the importance of customer satisfaction, as it is this fundamental that reflects positively on our operations and our financial results from one year to another,” said Hesham Al Qassim.

The award aims to recognise the superior performance of institutions and to promote excellence through the adoption of best practice. The award constitutes a framework that facilitates the development of initiatives that will enhance organisational excellence.
