Tiara is a well-maintained and structured building. Our apartment came half-furnished, providing a comfortable living space without the immediate need to purchase everything, especially kitchen large items. Every thing was neat and in a good condition. The amenities, including the gym and pool, are top-notch. The security staff is polite and attentive. The proximity to the metro station is incredibly convenient.

Amazing Experience. One of the best property in Business Bay for residence. It has all the amenities including grocery, laundry and barber shop in the community. Must Recommended.

My second year and still counting at Tiara west tower and I must say in my many years living in apartments in dubai without sugarcoating anything ,this apartment is by far the best place I have ever lived with my family ,everything sits so well with us from the very corridor to the security guys ,the cleaners ,the maintenance guys ,the view is also very overwhelming ,the easy access to the metro station and every other important places and so on , I truly feel like me,my wife and kid are living our best life in dubai with the comfort we are getting from this apartment.
