Such a nice views perfect location you can visit any place in Dubai easily wheather BurDubai deira Mankhool downtown Dubai difc airport or business bay all are 5 to 10 mins away from this community and only apartments community on shiekh zayed road which is best for parents and kids . In the beginning there were some issues which I am sure every project we face on handover or next 1 to 2 years but developer Wasl started taken noticed all and now issues all being solved either cracking or leakage or anything else.
