Special offers for employees in Government and Semi-government entities

Each employee is granted a discount of 5% or up to AED 5000 per unit only and 1 week grace period for the first year.

Proof of employment from the employer is required to be addressed to Wasl.

The 5% commission fee is payable along with the Ejari fees for the leased unit.

This offer applies on apartments and villas owned by the Dubai Real Estate Corporation, Wasl.

This offer cannot be exchanged in return for cash; it is only applicable for available properties owned by the Dubai Real Estate Corporation. 

Kindly notify Wasl when your employment ends. 

In the case of the end of an employment contract, the employee can benefit from the agreed-upon offer until the end of the leasing contract. The prices applied here after will be full prices without the discount, should the contract be renewed or extended.
