  • Fill registration form by visiting the Webpage of Aqua cool and click the “LOGIN” Tab then for new registration Click “Register”.
  • Scroll down to Update Customer Information and click “CONTINUE”.
  • An auto generated Email will be sent to the Customer Primary Registered Email Address. 
    Note: If the Email is not received from the customer, countercheck the Email spelling. If spelling is correct and no mail received, contact AQ CSS at Customercare@aquacool.me
  • You can request for Move in Registration, on this step, the C-code of the customer is created. To apply for the request of Move in, customer needs to Log-in your Username and Password.
  • On the Home page click “Request” and click again “New Move in Request
  • Choose your Move in type as an “Owner” if you are an owner or “Tenant” if you are a tenant. Then choose the Project Name of the building you are staying.
  • Read the End User Agreement since this is the contract that customer will have with Aqua cool.
