  • A renewal notification will be sent 3 months before the contract end date.
  • The new rent amount will be reflected at least 15 days before the contract end date, and tenants can log in to the e-Services to review the updated renewal rent amount.
  • If a customer wishes to dispute the rent increase, send an email to retail@wasl.ae. And our team will review the request and update you if there is any change to the renewal rent.

  • If your renewal rent review dispute request is declined, the tenant should proceed with the renewal without further delay.
  • If your renewal rent request is approved, amendments will be done in the system, and then the tenant should proceed for the renewal.
