A renewal notification will be sent 3 months before the contract end date.
The new rent amount will be reflected at least 15 days before the contract end date, and tenants can log in to the e-Services to review the updated renewal rent amount.
If a customer wishes to dispute the rent increase, send an email to retail@wasl.ae. And our team will review the request and update you if there is any change to the renewal rent.
What’s next?
If your renewal rent review dispute request is declined, the tenant should proceed with the renewal without further delay.
If your renewal rent request is approved, amendments will be done in the system, and then the tenant should proceed for the renewal.

Fees and Charges
No fees are required for requesting a renewal rent review.
