  • Log in to the WASL app and go to “Account” and select “Edit”.
  • You can update the Mobile number and Email ID only then click “Update profile

  • Log in to the WASL website by clicking on the "E-services" option then select “Profile
  • Edit the contact information and preferences and then click "Save", a pop-up will appear to confirm.
  • To change or update Visa/EID/Passport/trade license click on “Request for change”.
  • A pop-up window will appear to be filled and click “Add” then “Save”.
  • Once Request for change is saved then a pop-up will appear with the request number.

  • Tenant Information Update ticket will be generated; our team will process it to update the details in our system.
  • Once the change is completed, the ticket will be closed.
  • To view the ticket: Go to “Service Requests”, Check the list of service requests and click on the latest Tenant information update ticket number.

  • Passport copy
  • Visa
  • Trade license
