Steps
- Owners are required to apply for mortgage NOC by completing the designated Mortgage Registration Form, which is specific to each project.
- Send an email to sales@wasl.ae with your request.
What’s next?
- Team will reply back to instructions to pay the fees and give Mortgage Registration Form to be complete.
- Then once all documents are validated and Payments are paid, they will send the NOC through email.
Required Document
- Valid passport copy of owners
- Valid visa copy of owners
- Valid emirates ID copy of owners
- Mortgage offer letter from bank
Note: The Offer Letter amount should match with and cover the total outstanding amount on the property. In the event of any other outstanding amounts, including penalty fees, the NOC processing will be kept on hold until all dues are settled. - Arabic mortgage contract
Fees and Charges
- Request fee amount will be confirmed by the sales team.
Service Time
- Processing takes about 10 working days from application submission, including payments and documents
- Expect a response from the sales team within 24 working hours.
- Working days: From 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday.
