  • Open WCM form: www.wasl.ae/wcm.
  • Select whether you are an "Owner" or a "Tenant" of the property.
  • Choose your community and write unit number.
    Note: Any unit in JGE is done through their portal
  • From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate "Issue Category" that best describes your request.
    Move in request or move out request
  • In the provided space, type a detailed description of the issue you are facing.
  • Enter your personal details, including your full name, email address, and mobile number.
  • If you have any associated documents or images related to the issue, you can attach them.
  • Double-check all the information you've entered.
  • Once everything is complete and accurate, click the "Submit" button.
    Note: Multiple requests are not needed; duplicate request will be closed. The investigation will be conducted through a single request.
What’s next? What’s next?
  • A request number will be generated for your reference. Expect to receive feedback within 2 working days from the WCM team.
  • The team will verify the documents, provide the form, prepare the approval and send it through email.
  • If documents are incomplete, kindly send them as soon as possible to process your request.

    Dewa registration
    Gas registration if applicable
    Chiller registration if applicable
  • NOCs If move out request
    NOC from owner
    NOC from Gas and Chiller if applicable
Fees and Charges Fees and Charges
  • The WCM team will confirm if there are any fees for your request.
Service Time Service Time
  • Overall time: 2 Working days.
  • Response time:  1-2 Working days.
  • Resolution time: 1-2 Working days.
  • Working days: 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday.
