Steps
- All freehold projects quests related to NOC for home improvements, fit out works, or modifications is managed by Urban Management /NOC team.
- This means that all NOC requests must now be directed to this email address, starting from today freeholdnoc@wasl.ae.
What’s next?
- Team will review the request.
- After processing the request, you will receive a notification for the review/requests of the NOC.
- An email/notification will be sent if a payment is required with instruction of how to pay.
- Once the final payment is made, the NOC will be sent via registered email.
- After obtaining the NOC, the customer will be advised to apply for an access permit for the workers who will be performing the work.
- Completion certificates need to be sent to us freeholdnoc@wasl.ae to get your security deposit – refund with your bank details:

Fees and Charges
- Fees required will be informed by the relevant team.
Service Time
- The team will respond 24-48 Working hours
- Major NOC:
The request will take 7 to 21 days to be completed. - Minor NOC:
The request will take 2 working days to be completed. - Working days: 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday.
