Create new Request
”.
Select the unit in the "
Request On
" field and choose “
Transfer
" as the category.
Leave message if required and attach required documents.
Complete the payment, the payment receipt can be found in the uploaded documents of the ticket.
What’s next?
After the transfer request has been submitted, it will go through management and the DREC approval process.
Further instructions or results will be provided based on the progress of the application through email.

Existing Tenant Documents:
Copy of current main contract
Current trade license copy (reflecting partners as well)
Copy of the Affection Plan
Copies of the shareholders' valid passports
NOC from all partners + IBAN number
Certification of completion
Note:
All PDC cheque should be released before transfer

All Sub lease fees should be paid on the time of transfer
New Tenant Documents:
Copies of the shareholders' valid passports.
Current trade license copy (reflecting partners as well).
Department of Economic Development (DED) statement listing all previous trade licenses.
NOC from all partners + IBAN number
