  Sign up as a new user or log in if already registered.
• Unit Search and Selection
  Search for a unit in the "Renting" section and select it.
  Click "Rent Now", we recommend viewing the unit before renting (9 AM to 6 PM daily).
• Rental Process
  Step 1: T and C: Enter job title, income details, and agree to terms. If salary is below 50% of the installment or if single, a callback request is created within 48 hours.
  Step 2: Contact Info: Verify with OTP, accept T and C, and confirm a non-refundable commission fee.
  Step 3: Document Upload: Upload necessary documents for verification.
  Step 4: Payment Details: Review contract duration and payment breakdown, select instalment count, and choose a payment method (Card or cheque). First payment must be via card.
  Step 5: Payment Plan: After payment, you'll receive confirmation.
• Contract Signing
  Once the contract is generated, choose between three signing options:
  UAE PASS: Sign digitally via UAE PASS.
  Kiosk: Visit the WEC office within 1 day (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM).
  Manual: Contract will be sent by courier for a physical signature.

  If there are missing or incorrect documents, we will reach out and help you submit the correct ones. This may delay your contract by 2 days.
  You won't lose your reserved unit if corrections are made within 24 hours.
• Receive Contract
  Signed via UAE Pass: a copy of the contract will be sent to the registered email address.
  Signed Manually: Contract will be delivered by a courier.
  Signed at Digital Kiosk: a copy of the contract will be sent to the registered email address.
• Obtain EJARI
• Activate DEWA
  When you receive your contract and EJARI, kindly activate your Dewa as soon as possible.
• Keys Handover

• UAE Residence Visa for expatriates (husband/wife)
• Emirates ID both side
• Latest Salary Certificate or latest 3-month Bank Statement
  If it’s a business, provide trade license along with latest 3-month Bank Statement (Stamped by the bank)
• Copy of Attested Marriage Certificate.

• EJARI: 227.10 AED.
• Commission: 5% of the Annual Rent.
• Security Deposit 5% or 3000 AED Whatever is the highest.
• Knowledge fee: 20 AED.
• First Rent Instalment.
• VAT: 5% on commission and EJARI.

Request completion: 1-3 Working Days to get the EJARI and contract.
EJARI: 1 Working Day once document is verified and payment is done.
Document validation: 1 Working Day
Courier collection / delivery: 1 Working Day
Working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
