How can I request an additional parking slot?

1. Please follow below steps:
  • Log in to your online account using the Wasl Properties app / Website.
  • Go to “Contracts"
  • Select your contract and click on "Lease Ancillary Unit" (If no unit is available, the system will not proceed to the next step and will instead display an error message to inform you that no units are available).
  • Click on 'Unit Type' and select 'Paid Parking’.
  • Click on 'Available Units' and select the parking slot you wish to acquire, then click 'Add'.
  • The parking rent fees will be displayed.
  • The rent amount for the additional parking space will be prorated based on your contract dates. It will cover the period from the day you make the request until your apartment's end date.
  • Click 'Confirm' and proceed with payment using your credit card.
  • A ticket number will be generated for your reference.  
2. What’s Next
  • We will contact you within 2 working days to advice you on where and when to pick up your parking access card 
3. Fees and charges:
  • The rent amount for an additional parking space will be confirmed when you make the request. Please be aware that the rate may vary depending on the specific building. The range for additional parking fees can fall between 1500 to 10,000 AED.

5. Time required to deliver the service.
  • 2 Working days 
  • Working days are from 8 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday
