How can I terminate my additional parking slot?

1. Please follow below steps:
  •  Log in to your online account using the Wasl Properties app / Website.
  • Go to “Contracts"
  • Select your additional parking contract and click on "Request for Terminate".
    1. If the additional parking contract number is the same as the apartment number, you should initiate the request by sending an email to customercare@wasl.ae (In the email, please specify the parking slot number you wish to terminate and make it clear that the contract number is the same as the apartment number) 
    2. If termination occurs within the contract period, you won't receive a refund for the remainder of the rent Therefore, termination should be initiated before the contract end date.
  • Fill out all required fields (the reason for the termination request).
  • Attach required documents and submit the request. 
  • The system will generate a ticket number and prompt you to download and complete the vacation form (VDR).
  • Take the filled VDR form, along with your EID and access card, to one of our security offices for submission.
2. What’s Next

If the request is raised by email, our team will process the request and send a VDR form by email back to you within 2 working days. The handover needs to be completed immediately after the termination request is submitted in one of our security offices:

  • Wasl Vita Mall - R532.
  • Wasl Link Muhaisnah Building.
  • Ras Al Khor Building - R472.
  • All locations open Mon-Sun, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
3. Required documents:
  • Emirates ID 
  • VDR form
4. Time required to deliver the service.
  • The termination request is processed immediately. 
  • Ther termination process will be completed within 2 working days post the handover.
  • Our processing team working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8AM To 4PM
