Steps
- In order to make a request for leasing Outdoor Area belonging to RTA, send an email with your Lease Agreement details (building & unit number, contract number, EJARI), the measurement of the desired area and drawing/ pictures of the requested area to retail@wasl.ae from your registered email address.
What’s next?
- The Retail team will review and inform you whether the proposed area is acceptable for Wasl.
- After Obtaining approval, raise an NOC (Non-Objection Certificate) – Category "Others".
- Upon obtaining the NOC from Wasl, the Tenant should apply to RTA for leasing the space on RTA land.

Fees and Charges
- NOC charge 545 AED.
Service Time
- Retail response time: 2-3 working days.
- NOC approval process typically takes 7 working days.
- Working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
