  • Log in to the WASL app and go to the "E-services" option.
  • Select “Service Request” then select “Create new Request
  • Select the relevant unit under “Request on” and choose “Lease” as the request type.
  • Select the category as “Cheque Postpone” and leave a message along with documents if needed.

  • You will receive an email with the ticket reference number.
  • Within 1 working day, you will be contacted. We will make 3 attempts within 3 working days; if there is no response, the request will be closed, and a new request must be raised.
  • The fee will be posted.
  • Once fees are paid, a courier will be arranged to contact you on the same day to collect the cheque.
  • Cheques should be directed to WASL Properties LLC.

  • Service Fee: 545 AED per request.

  • Request time: 3-5 working days.
  • Response time: 2 working days.
  • Working days: 8 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday.
