Select “Service Request” then select “Create new Request”
Select the relevant unit under “Request on” and choose “Lease” as the request type.
Select the category as “Cheque Postpone” and leave a message along with documents if needed.

What’s next?
You will receive an email with the ticket reference number.
Within 1 working day, you will be contacted. We will make 3 attempts within 3 working days; if there is no response, the request will be closed, and a new request must be raised.
The fee will be posted.
Once fees are paid, a courier will be arranged to contact you on the same day to collect the cheque.
Cheques should be directed to WASL Properties LLC.
