• Request is done through Dubai REST App. However, there are some situations where it can’t be done through the app. In such cases, send an email to postsale@wasl.ae or sales@wasl.ae.
  All villas and townhouses in JGE are not linked to Dubai REST App.
  If the title deed has not been obtained.
  If the owner is not an individual (company), as Dubai REST App doesn’t accept this.
• Before you apply for the NOC, ensure that the service charge is cleared, and there are no outstanding fees, delayed payments, or bounced cheques. If these issues are not resolved, your NOC request will be rejected. 

• Open Dubai REST App.
• Proceed to Login Screen.
• Login via Emirates ID, Title deed, mobile number, EJARI Owner login or UAE PASS.
• Enter the required details.
• Select Property Type.
• Select a specific property.
• Click on the More menu on the bottom right for property services.
• Select eNOC Request from the list of property services.
• Check all the required steps before proceeding.
• Select the Buyer Type and enter the required information.
• Verify the personal information and enter missing information.
• Attach the required documents.
• Add or remove from the list of buyers and click on Submit.
• Reference number to track your request will be displayed.

If the request is done through Dubai rest app:

• The team will review the request and proceed with the approval.
• The status of the request will be reflected in the app.
• If rejected, remarks will be left in the request, and you will need to redo the request.
• If approved, you can take the NOC to Dubai Land Department to process the resale/transfer/gifting.

If the request is done by sending an email:

• The team will review the request.
• We will send the required forms, documents, and fees.
• Once approved, the owner and buyer will be asked to come to our office with all the original physical documents.
• Payment will be made on the same day in the office through card or cash.
• We will verify to get service charge clearance, and the NOC will be sent via email within 7-10 working days.
• You can then take the NOC to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) office. 

Required documents will be asked through App or through email, however the below will always be required:

• Buyer EID/ passport.
• Seller ID / passport.

• Admin fee through Dubai REST App- AED 500+VAT.
• If not done through the app, the team will communicate the admin fee.
• Additional fees will be communicated through email or as a notification through the app.

Through Dubai Rest App. 
Overall time:  3- 5 Working days.
2 working days to verify the settlement of the account.
3 working days to verify the documents.
Through E-mail 
Overall time: 7-10 working days once payment is paid.
Sales/post sales team response within 2 working days.
Working days: 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday.
