• You will need to send an email with the necessary documents to customercare@wasl.ae.
• At WASL Square Club House, the process is different, if you wish to bring your private physical trainers to the club house, these trainers must register through VIYA FIT. any resident seeking approval for your physical trainers should be directed to contact Mr. Basil Andary via email at bandary@wasl.ae.

• Our team will forward the details to the relevant department and await approval or rejection. 
• We will communicate the outcome via email within 3 working days from the date of document submission.

Mandatory Documentation:

• Copy of Trainer Visa.
• Front and Back of Trainer's EID.
• Employment Letter for the Trainer.
• Undertaking Letter from both Trainer and Tenant, pledging not to engage in any commercial activities.
• Preferred days and time for Trainer access.

• Request completion: Within 3 working days.
• Working days: 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday
