- Click "Prior terminate" under contract services.
Note: You can give prior notice of termination at any point during the contract, with a recommended 30-day notice before vacating.
Note: This step facilitates the termination process and speeds up the return of the security deposit.
Note: Multiple prior notices of termination can be submitted for the same contract. - Provide the reason for vacating.
- Select the vacating date and include any notes if applicable and agree to the terms and conditions and submit your termination.
Note: You can change your decision and renew the contract even after giving notice.
