Select your contract, then double click on your contract number and select the "Renew" option. Note: Available only within the last 30 days of the contract. Note: Renew by the contract’s last day to avoid late penalties.
Review the contract details and verify your information.
Upload the required documents.
Choose your desired mode of payment (cheque, card, or cheque-CDM) in all instalments. Note: Short-term renewals (3 or 6 months) are ineligible for discounts, can be done up to twice during the tenant's stay, depending on building availability, and must be paid in a one-time lump sum. Note: Cheques should be directed to WASL Properties LLC.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a confirmation including the ticket number.

What’s next?
Ticket Confirmation: You will receive an email with the ticket reference number.
Payment Processing: All Cheque Payments: We will arrange courier pickup within 3 days. If cheques are not ready or no response is received, the ticket will be cancelled, and renewal must be requested again. First Payment by Card and Rest by Cheques: We’ll arrange courier pickup for the cheques within 3 days. If cheques are not ready or no response is received, the ticket will show an outstanding balance, and the E-lease agreement and EJARI will not be issued.
E-lease Agreement: An email with the E-lease agreement and EJARI number will be sent.
EJARI Confirmation: Dubai Land Department will confirm EJARI renewal via email, text, and WhatsApp with a download link.
Document Issues: If documents are missing or incorrect, we will contact you. If unresolved within 3 days, the ticket will be cancelled, or the E-lease and EJARI will remain pending if payments are complete.
The tax invoice will be available in your E-Service account within 24 hours of payment.
Required Document
Valid passport copy of the tenant.
Fees
Rent: 1st instalment.
EJARI: 227.15 AED (to be paid with the first rent installment)
VAT: 5% on Ejari.
Late renewal: A penalty of 10% of the annual rent applies if the grace period is exceeded without renewal or termination.
