Request completion is up to management approval.
Transferring ownership involves changing the owner or adding a new owner to the contract must be communicated to WASL and approved by them.
Both existing and new tenants must visit the WASL Experience Center (WEC) office with the required documents.
What’s next?
A transfer agent will contact you to confirm approval or rejection.
An inspection will be conducted, and the old tenant must settle all dues before initiating the new contract
New lease process.
No maintenance will be provided.

Attested Marriage Certificate
Passport and Visa Copy of Family Members

NOC Letter from the New Tenant to accept the transfer of the Unit in the same Condition without Maintenance.
Fees and Charges
Commission:
5% of annual rent + VAT.
Rent
- Current Market rate or existing lease rent whichever is higher + VAT.
Security deposit:
As applicable.
Service Time
Approval time:
3-5 working days.
Working hours:
8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
Office timing:
8 AM to 11 AM Monday to Friday.
