  • An inspection will be conducted, and the old tenant must settle all dues before initiating the new contract

    • Transfer Form (to be filled and given in office)
    • Copy of WASL Tenancy Contract
    • Passport and Visa Copy of Tenant
    • Emirates ID Copy of Tenant
    • NOC Letter from Tenant to Approve the Transfer to New Tenant
  • New Tenant Documents:
    • Tenant Information Form (to be filled and given in office)
    • Passport and Visa Copy of New Tenant
    • Emirates ID Copy of New Tenant
    • Salary Certificate
    • Latest 3 Months Bank Statement
    • Attested Marriage Certificate
    • Passport and Visa Copy of Family Members
    • Emirates ID Copy of Family Members
    • NOC Letter from the New Tenant to accept the transfer of the Unit in the same Condition without Maintenance.
Fees and Charges Fees and Charges
  • Commission: 5% of annual rent + VAT.
  • Rent - Current Market rate or existing lease rent whichever is higher + VAT.
  • Security deposit: As applicable.
Service Time Service Time
  • Approval time: 3-5 working days.
  • Working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Office timing: 8 AM to 11 AM Monday to Friday.
