  • Log in to the WASL app and go to the "E-services" option.
    Note: Cheques must be made out to WASL Properties LLC. Requests must be made at least 10 working days before the due date, ensuring no outstanding balance exists. Note that for 12-month installments, postponing is not allowed as two cheques cannot be paid in the same month.
    Note: There are two methods to postpone a cheque.
  • To Postpone or replace a cheque
    Select “Service Request” then select “Create new Request”.
    Select the relevant unit under “Request on” and choose “Lease” as the request type.
    Select the category as “Cheque Postpone” and leave a message along with documents if needed.
    Note: Each cheque installment can only be postponed once.
  • To postpone a cheque
    Go to “Cheque”, select the desired cheque and click “Cheque Postpone”.
    Choose the postpone date.
    Review the applicable payment breakdown and complete the process
  • To withdraw a cheque
    Go to “Cheque”, select the desired cheque and click “Cheque withdrawal”.
    Review the applicable payment breakdown and complete the process.

  • You will receive an email with the ticket reference number.
  • You will be contacted within 1 working day. If there is no response after 3 attempts within 3 working days, the request will be closed, and a new request must be submitted.
  • A courier will contact you on the same day for the collection of documents.
  • For withdrawal requests, the payment and request are completed instantly.
  • If you would like to collect the old cheque, please send an email to PM-collections@wasl.ae, and they will respond within 2 working days.

Fees Fees
  • Cheque Postponement/ replacement fees: 545 AED per request
  • Cheque withdrawal fees: 550 AED + Tax per request
