  • Log in to the WASL app.
  • Go to “E-Service.”
  • Select “Tax Invoice.”
    Tax invoice is annual base not monthly base.
  • A List of tax invoice numbers will be displayed along with their issue dates.
  • Select the required tax invoice.

  • If the TRN (Tax Registration Number) isn’t provided, the tax invoice will be unregistered.
  • To include the TRN in the tax invoice, send an email from the registered email address with the TRN certificate & the current trade license to customercare@wasl.ae.
  • Outstanding amounts need to be zero to register the tax invoice.
  • No modification will be made on the tax invoice except updating the TRN.
  • Once we add the TRN is updated, only future tax invoices will include the TRN number.

  • No fee required for this process.
Service Time Service Time
  • The tax invoice will be available in the portal within one working day after payment.
  • It takes 3 working days to update the TRN.
  • Working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
