- For disputes related to opening and closing time, email retail@wasl.ae, with your inquiry or dispute reasons and supporting documents.
- For disputes related to fit-out issues, email noc@wasl.ae with your inquiry or dispute reasons and any supporting documents.
What’s next?
- Our team will initiate an investigation and respond via email to confirm the resolution.
- In case a face-to-face meeting is required to discuss the issue, our team will arrange a visit.
Required Document
- Any supporting documents, such as pictures, or any relevant screenshot to clarify the related issue.
Fees and Charges
- No fees are required for disputing a violation.
