- Download the WASL app from the respective app store.
- Browse the app to search for properties using various filters without a requirement to log in.
- If the desired unit is available, click "Enquire" to register your interest and fill out the Commercial Enquiry Form.
- If the unit is not available, send your enquiry to retail@wasl.ae mentioning the desired unit and its size, Amenities required (power / water / gas etc), and Business Activity. Please attach the required documents to the email.

What’s next?
- When you submit an enquiry form, our team will contact you to discuss available units and request the required documents for validation.
- When the email is sent with the required documents, we will validate them.
- Once your company profile matches, a commercial lease agent will contact you to arrange a viewing.
- When the unit is shortlisted, after commercial terms and technical requirements are met, a quotation will be issued.

- Trade license/initial trade license.
- Tax certificate (if available).
- Company profile.
- Bank statement (last 6 months) upon request
Fees and Charges

Service Time
- Once an enquiry is made, our team will contact you within 1-2 working days.
- A commercial lease agent will contact you to arrange a viewing once your company profile matches.
- Working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.
