Note: The website will then display comprehensive details about the project. This information typically includes property descriptions, specific property details, features, amenities. - Under the project details, you can register your interest by filling out the form.
Note: Register your interest online can be done with a non-UAE number and non-UAE residents can purchase properties.
Note: Joint property purchases are permissible.
What’s next?
- Interest Registration: You can register your interest online, over the phone via our customer care line, by visiting the WEC office, or during open house events.
- Follow-Up: After registering online, our team will contact you within 24 working hours to discuss available units, prices, and arrange viewings (construction site visits are not permitted).
- In-Office Options: For both construction and non-construction sites, you can check layouts, mock-ups, and presentations at the office.
- Offshore Company Ownership: You can apply for a unit under the ownership of an offshore company, but this requires submission of attested documents from regulatory authorities and approval from the Dubai Land Department.
