Steps
- Details regarding apartment warranties can be found in the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- The construction warranty typically covers a period of 10 years, providing assurance and peace of mind to property owners. For specific terms and conditions related to the warranty, please refer to your SPA for comprehensive information.
- If Owner wants to get the warranty for the unit or part of the unit for example AC, then send an email to customercare@wasl.ae with unit details.
- We will reply with the Warranty within 2-3 working days.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, during the hours of 8 am to 4 pm.
