Handover Process:
- After signing the SPA, if the unit is ready for viewing, the customer will receive an email with a link to schedule a home orientation visit.
- Customers have a 14-day period from the handover date to complete all necessary payments. For properties in Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), this period is extended to one month.
- Our team will conduct the snagging process, typically taking 4 to 6 weeks. Upon completion, a re-snagging report will be sent, indicating that the unit is ready for handover.
- The client must complete handover formalities, including all payments, DEWA registration, service charges, and all utilities. Once these are done, a clearance letter will be issued by the post-sales team via email.
- Payment can be made by Cheque through visiting our WEC office, or email post sales for wire transfer instructions. The clearance letter is usually sent 3-5 working days after payment.
- With the clearance letter in hand, the customer should contact the site team mentioned in the clearance email to obtain the keys and complete the handover process.
Alteration/Modification Requests:
- Alterations or modifications are not allowed before the handover of the property.
Unit Viewing Before Handover:
- Viewings before handover are not possible due to safety reasons. However, the home orientation process is designed to give a thorough understanding of the new property.
Handover Delay:
- Any delays in handover should be addressed by referring to the terms and conditions outlined in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
