Log in to the WASL website by clicking on the "E-services" option.
Select your contract and click “Renew” and update your profile if needed.
Upload the required documents and select your desired instalment terms (1, 2, or 4).
Select the payment method for each instalment. Note: If the first instalment is via card, complete the payment to submit the request.
What’s next?
Instalment Breakdown: The breakdown of instalment dates and amounts will be available within the ticket.
Ticket Review and Payment: The team will review the documents and once the main lease payment is made, it is approved.
Document Issues: If documents are missing or incorrect, an email will be sent with the missing documents, which will also be detailed within the corresponding ticket.
E-lease Agreement: An email with the E-lease agreement and EJARI number will be sent.
EJARI Confirmation: Dubai Land Department will confirm EJARI renewal via email, text, and WhatsApp with a download link.
Required Document
Updated Trade License (for corporates): Provide a full-page copy.
Passport copy: Required for all partners (if applicable).
Emirates ID Copy: Required for individuals.
Tax Registration Number (TRN) Certificate: Provide this if it hasn't been registered yet.
Fees and Charges
Rent: 1st instalment + VAT
EJARI: 227.15 AED (included in first rent)
Late renewal: A penalty of 5% of the annual rent applies if renewal was delayed by 60 days.

Completion Time: 2 working day. Document validation: 1 Working Day. Note: Service Time depend on payment completion.
