How to raise the request on the app?
- This process is to lease through a website. Please go through the leasing process through the app for more information.
How to raise the request on the Website?
- Login to the website through UAE Pass
- Search for a specific property and select “Rent now” option to start your leasing journey
- Fill in the required personal details and upload the relevant documents
- View the payment details based select the payment type
- Complete the payment process
- Once the payment is completed you will then be asked to sign the contract through “UAE PASS”
- Sign your contract through UAE PASS and review the signed contract
- Once signed the leasing journey will be completed
What’s next?
- Post the payment document verification for any missing information
- In case of cheque it takes 3 days for the courier company to collect the cheque
- Contract delivery within 3 days post cheque collection
- Post signing of contract you will receive email from Dubai land with Ejari number
- Link to activate DEWA using Ejari Number and aqua cool activation (if applicable)
- SOL Completion
- Once maintenance completes you are ready to move in
Required Document
- Valid passport copy (Mandatory)
- Copy of valid residence visa
- Emirates ID (Mandatory)
- Salary certificate (Mandatory)
- Marriage certificate
- 3 months bank statement (Mandatory)
Fees and charges
- First rent instalment: As applicable
- Ejari: 225 AED
- Commission: 5% of annual rent
- Security Deposit: 5% of annual rent or 3000 AED or whichever is higher
- Knowledge fee: 20 AED
Service Time
- Turnaround time: 7 days from the payment date and contract start date
- Document validation: 1-2 working day
- Courier collection/delivery: 1-3 days
- Ejari creation and sent via email: 1-2 days
- Working days: 8 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday
