Steps
- The building Security team will issue the Keys & Access cards (if applicable) upon submission of the required documents.
Required Document
- EJARI Certificate.
- DEWA connection receipt (If DEWA is included in the rent, they can also accept the quotation).
- Copy of the contract.
- Emirates ID.
- Aqua cool activation if applicable.
