Steps
- You will receive a notification via email, letter, or text at least 15 days before the contract end date if there is a rent increase.
- Rent increases in Dubai range from 5% to 20% of the yearly rent, as determined by the rental index.
- Per clause 3.2 of the contract, WASL reserves the right to increase the rent no later than 15 days before the contract end date.
- You can check the rental index enter your location, date, and rent amount to view the average increase. Renewals can be processed online within the last 30 days of the contract.
- Rental increases are non-negotiable.
