Website Steps
- Log in to the WASL website by clicking on the "E-services" option.
- Select “Service request” and select “Create new Request”.
- Select the unit in the "Request On" field and choose “NOC " as the request type.
- Select “Renewal affection plan” as the category.
- Leave message if required and attach required documents.
- Complete the payment, the payment receipt can be found in the uploaded documents of the NOC ticket.
What’s next?
- Upon submission, a Service Request number will be generated for your future reference.
- Our land department work on obtaining the renewal of affection plan from Municipality and then we will send it through email.

- The fee for this service is 545 AED.

- Request time: 1-2 working Days.
- Working days: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.
