Steps
- The government discount is included with either a renewal or new lease ticket. Discounts are not available for rental amounts below AED 30,000.
- Renewal Process:
Attach salary certificate to Payment Information ticket. In the ticket notes, clearly mention your request to apply for the Government Discount, ensuring that the request is being made within the last 30 days of the contract. - New Lease Process:
Upload your salary certificate within the new lease ticket, and the discount will be applied as a credit note.
What’s next?
- Our team will validate the salary certificate and check building eligibility (some buildings aren't eligible for a discount).
- For new leases, the discount will be credited to your account for future use, such as renewal or termination.
- For renewal contracts, the discount will be applied to the rent before the contract starts.
